Hi. I'm Peter Rye, thank you for taking the time to take a look at my website. Since you are here, maybe you would like to know a little bit more about LENZMAN. I have been working as a Professional Photographer for over 25 years, during which time I have forged LENZMAN into a photography business, proud to offer an old fashioned service, distinctive in style, at an affordable price.
I currently offer a wide range of photographic services, including Weddings and Portraits, together with Commercial and Industrial photography, incorporating Hi Def images for use on websites and in brochure production.
One of the things I have always enjoyed as a photographer is in capturing the moment and storing it so that it can be relived at a future date. Unfortunately, before the advent of digital photography, these treasured memories were just captured on celluloid and now we only retain the subsequent prints themselves. As these begin to degrade over time, it is difficult to maintain their original quality and for this very reason I offer a digital restoration service whereby I can lovingly restore your old pictures to a condition where they will be available to view by your next generation, Examples of this restoration can be found in my Miscellaneous gallery.
As I have a flavour for Travel, I have taken my Camera with me around the world. Opportunity waits for no one, and I have often been lucky enough to be in the right place, at the right time, capturing fantastic images in all sorts of locations. These images have often been used commercially by several companies over the years, including Thomson Holidays, British Airways, and Virgin Travel, in addition to appearing in many other publications such as The Times, OK Magazine, and GQ, and many more.
My favourite destination is Kenya; I have travelled there many times capturing these delightful memories. I now offer the best of these images as a collection of Limited Edition prints called Images of Africa. I personally consider this to be a stunning collection, striking a balance between Wildlife in their natural habitat, Incredible Scenery and Dramatic Sunsets.
I spent many hours around King's Lynn discovering and rediscovering this place I call home. Taking pictures at night, originally as an experiment, has led me to amass an extensive selection of images, called “King’s Lynn at Night”, featuring well known local landmarks such as the Custom House, Greyfriars Tower and many more, recording the nuance in colour and shades created by the night time sky.
Please check out my gallery, I believe there is something that everyone can enjoy enclosed in its pages.
